Conrad Indianapolisis looking for a Spa Concierge to join their amazingSpaTeam! This is an amazing opportunity to grow your career in a Fortune 500 company within a sophisticated luxury brand.

As the city's first true luxury hotel and only Forbes recommended hotel in the state, this 23-story tower has 247 rooms, 15,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets.This includes The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

·Classification:Part-Time (2-4 shifts/ week)

·Shift: Various (Shifts will vary between 7:30am/8:30am - 4:30pm or 12:30pm - 6:30pm/7:30pm) – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As a Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to all our spa guests. You will schedule spa appointments, check in and out guests, and assist with retail sales.

  • Greet and welcome arriving guests.
  • Issue lockers and other supplies for guest use.
  • Make appointments.
  • Handle spa billing.
  • Assist retail sales.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of all spa treatments and facilities.
