Conrad Indianapolis is looking for a Spa Concierge to join their amazing Spa Team! This is an amazing opportunity to grow your career in a Fortune 500 company within a sophisticated luxury brand.

As the city's first true luxury hotel and only Forbes recommended hotel in the state, this 23-story tower has 247 rooms, 15,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

Classification: Part-Time (2-4 shifts/week)

Shift: Various (Shifts will vary between 7:30am/8:30am - 4:30pm or 12:30pm - 6:30pm/7:30pm) – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As a Spa Concierge, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome to all our spa guests. You will schedule spa appointments, check in and out guests, and assist with retail sales.

1. Greet and welcome arriving guests.
2. Issue lockers and other supplies for guest use.
3. Make appointments.
4. Handle spa billing.
5. Assist retail sales.
6. Demonstrate knowledge of all spa treatments and facilities.
