Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa is seeking a guest-focused Spa Attendant to join our luxury destination in Florence, Alabama. You will be part of a serene, upscale environment focused on wellness, relaxation, and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and accompany guests to the locker area, assign lockers, and provide amenities for their spa experience.
• Explain proper usage of spa facilities to ensure guest comfort and safety.
• Maintain clean and stocked restrooms and showers; promptly replace used towels and bathmats; wipe showers after use.
• Stock and serve beverages and fruits in lounge areas; manage laundry; dispose of soiled linens according to procedures; stock towels.
• Arrange spa areas such as relaxation rooms with items like ice packs and towels to create a comfortable environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Heart of Hospitality:Greet and accompany guests to the locker area, assign lockers, and provide all necessary amenities for their enjoyable spa experience.
  
• Keep Things Running Smoothly:Effectively communicate the proper usage of all spa facilities to ensure guest comfort and safety.
  
• Embrace Team Spirit:Maintain clean and well-stocked restrooms and showers, promptly replace used towels and bathmats, and wipe down showers after each use.
  
• Ensure Cleanliness & Efficiency:Stock and serve beverages and fruits in the lounge areas, offering refreshments to each guest. Manage laundry processes promptly dispose of soiled linens according to established systems, and fold and stock fresh towels by standard operating procedures.
• Be a KeyAttendant:Arrange spa areas, such as relaxation rooms, with necessary items like ice packs and towels to provide a comfortable environment for guests.
