Job summary

St Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder, CO seeks outgoing Male Spa Concierge for part-time work. You will greet guests, escort them around the spa, and help maintain cleanliness across the spa and salon areas.

Ideal candidates are friendly, service-oriented, and able to stand for extended periods while assisting with linens. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with 15–20 hours per week minimum. Benefits and employee discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly, service-oriented and team-focused.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/pull up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible weekends/holidays and a minimum of 15–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests from Spa Reception Desk to men's locker area and explain facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool area, fitness center, and women's locker room.
• Transport dirty linens to hotel laundry and keep Spa stocked with clean linens.
• Assist with maintaining general cleanliness of Spa and Salon (papers, trash, windows, shelves).
• Research lost and found items for Spa guests.
• Provide knowledgeable Spa and hotel information to answer guest inquiries.
• Present a professional appearance and friendly demeanor with guests and associates.
• Follow environmental policies for waste disposal and recycling.
• Other duties as requested by manager.
