Job summary

St Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder, CO seeks several outgoing Male Spa Concierge to warmly welcome guests, escort them through spa facilities, and help maintain the cleanliness of the Spa and Salon. The role emphasizes guest service, professionalism, and strong teamwork in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, service-oriented, and able to work in a team.
• Able to stand for several hours and lift/pull laundry linens up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at Spa reception and escort to facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool, fitness center, and locker rooms.
• Transport linens to laundry and keep Spa stocked with clean linens.
• Assist with general cleanliness of Spa and Salon.
• Answer guest inquiries with accurate Spa and hotel information.
• Present a professional appearance per hotel policies.
• Follow environmental policies and dispose of waste properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
