Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Book spa appointments for on-property guests.
• Open & Close procedures as scheduled.
• Answer calls and retrieve voicemail messages.
• Coordinate therapist, nail techs, and esthetician schedules.
• Ensure spa appearance meets Blackberry Farm standards.
• Assist with stocking towels, linens, and spa items.
• Process confirmations and reconcile billing after appointments.
• Greet guests and provide spa tours and information.
• Open doors for entering guests and coordinate transportation.
• Maintain locker rooms, lounge, and spa dispensary cleanliness.
