Blackberry Farm in Walland, TN is seeking a Spa Coordinator to deliver 5-star guest service and manage front- and back-of-house spa operations, ensuring the spa presents a clean, welcoming look.

Responsibilities include booking appointments, answering calls, coordinating therapists and support staff, handling billing and inventory, greeting guests, and promoting in-house spa services. Shifts include 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, and 11 AM–7 PM, with summer hours 12 PM–8 PM; weekends required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Book spa appointments for on property guests.
• Opening & Closing procedures as scheduled.
• Answer all incoming phone calls and retrieve messages from voicemail.
• Coordinate therapist, nail techs, and esthetician schedules daily; manage lunch breaks and balancing.
• Oversee billing and reconciliation after appointments.
• Greet all guests and assist them as necessary.
• Promote in-house spa sales to fill available services daily.
