Job summary

Shifts include 7:30 AM-3:30 PM, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM, and 11:00 AM-7:00 PM, with weekends required. Prior experience in hospitality and strong computer skills are helpful for daily duties and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Book spa appointments for on-property guests.
• Answer all incoming calls and retrieve voicemails.
• Coordinate therapist and spa staff schedules daily.
• Maintain spa appearance and housekeeping standards.
