Caesars Entertainment invites qualified massage therapists to administer therapeutic massage for Harrah’s/Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe guests. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service in a high-energy spa environment, maintaining safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction throughout treatments.

Licensed Nevada therapists with CEU credits and resort experience are preferred; English fluency and integrity are essential for consistent service and compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Nevada for Therapeutic Massage.
• Annual CEU credits required by Nevada Massage Therapist Board.
• Two years hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Uphold highest level of integrity in all situations and follow regulated standards.
• Be a role model to Team Members and comply with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with SOS 5 skills and provide personalized service to spa facilities.
• Direct guests to proper use of steam room, sauna, and whirlpool for safety and satisfaction.
• Massage guests using accepted techniques and rubbing compounds.
• Maintain supplies to ensure flawless service delivery.
• Keep a clean and spotless work area.
• Report safety hazards to Lead, Supervisor or Manager.
• Demonstrate a pleasant, enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
• Provide support to other spa/health club areas as needed.
