Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts seeks a Spa Receptionist to welcome guests, schedule appointments, and support spa operations at our New Mexico properties. You will greet clients, provide tours, promote services and products, and ensure a seamless guest journey with accurate transactions.

The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, strong organization, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Prior spa or hotel front desk experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for guest-facing roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm, solution-oriented approach to guest requests or concerns.
• Experience with scheduling/point-of-sale software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide tours/information about spa features and services.
• Book and record appointments via phone or in person.
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures and handle transactions accurately.
• Communicate with spa staff to ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Assist in training new staff on front desk procedures to ensure consistency.
