Qualifications

• Any combination of education and/or experience in hospitality, resort, spa or closely related field to equal one year.
• Ability to pass basic math test.
• Working knowledge of point of sale operations.
• The ability to communicate basic information and ideas clearly and fluently in English.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer programs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal attention to guests and communicate information regarding spa and pool services.
• Maintain upkeep and cleanliness of spa, pool area, and exercise room.
• Schedule massage appointments and manage guest forms.
• Process sales transactions via POS and prepare reports.
