Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality is seeking a Spa team member for its Everline Resort & Spa in California’s Olympic Valley. Your role involves ensuring that guests receive a pampered, relaxing experience through booking appointments, greeting guests, and providing detailed information about spa services.

Ideal candidates have previous experience in the spa or salon industry and strong customer service skills. This position offers an hourly rate of $18-$20 and numerous benefits including discounts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the spa or salon industry preferred.
• Must be capable of carrying, lifting, pushing or pulling up to 20 lbs.
• Experience answering phones and using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Complete payment transactions prior to or after a guest’s treatment.
• Assist in maintaining a professional and clean image of all facilities.
• Communicate necessary guest information to the service provider.
