Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Wild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, SC, invites you to join our Spa team as a Concierge. You will schedule spa appointments, greet and escort spa guests, and ensure every guest is satisfied with their experience at all times.

You will help maintain salon operations to maximize guest experience, profit, and fitness center cleanliness, including checking in/out guests, processing cash and card payments, and restocking spa areas.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Spa Concierge is responsible for scheduling spa appointments, greeting and escorting spa guests, and ensuring that guest is satisfied with experience at all times. They will maintain salon operations to maximize guest experience, profit line, and fitness center cleanliness.
