Job summary

Wild Dunes Resort, part of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, is seeking a Spa Concierge to warmly welcome guests and manage spa appointments on a property near Charleston, SC. This role ensures guest satisfaction while supporting spa operations and revenue goals.

You will greet guests, escort them to treatment areas, handle payments, and help maintain spotless, efficient spa facilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel concierge or guest services preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and assist guests.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule spa appointments to maximize revenue and efficiency.
• Greet and accompany spa guests to treatment areas.
• Handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Maintain inventory control and restock spa areas as required.
• Keep spa areas clean, organized, and welcoming.

Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Spa team as a Concierge atWild Dunes Resort in Isle of Palms, just outside of Charleston, SC. The Spa Concierge is responsible for scheduling spa appointments, greeting and escorting spa guests, and ensuring that guest is satisfied with experience at all times. They will maintain salon operations to maximize guest experience, profit line, and fitness center cleanliness.

• Schedule appointments to maximize revenue and efficiency
• Check in and out salon guests
• Handle cash and credit card payments
• Help maintain accurate inventory control
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and physical appearance of spa
• Perform prep work and properly restock spa areas as required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will likely include evenings, weekends, and holidays

The Colleague is held accountable for all duties of this job and other duties as assigned.
