Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a personable Spa Front Desk Associate at Cloudland Lodge at McLemore Resort in Georgia. You will greet guests, check in/out, handle bookings in Book4Time, process payments, and support sales of spa services and retail.

We value high standards, clear communication, and a team-focused approach. A flexible schedule including weekends/holidays is expected; training on Book4Time and Microsoft Office is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional presence.
• Experience with reservations or POS systems; Book4Time a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, check in/out following spa standards.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries by phone, email, in person.
• Book/modify/confirm appointments in Book4Time with notes.
• Process payments, gratuities, gift cards and retail sales accurately.
• Present spa services and retail; support sales goals.
• Complete opening/closing checklists and maintain front desk areas.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
