Job summary

Cloudland at McLemore Resort is seeking a friendly spa front desk associate to welcome guests, book appointments, process payments, and support spa sales. The role requires clear communication, computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a busy resort environment.

You will need to be flexible to work weekends/holidays; Book4Time training will be provided. Join a team focused on guest care, hospitality excellence, and seamless resort experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Spa/hospitality guest-service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with computers; Book4Time experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly and check in/out per spa standards.
• Answer phones/emails and resolve guest concerns or escalate.
• Book, modify and confirm appointments in Book4Time.
• Process payments, gratuities, gift cards and retail sales.
• Present spa services/products to support sales goals.
• Maintain clean, organized front desk and guest areas.
• Coordinate with resort departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
