Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners, LLC is seeking a friendly spa front desk representative to greet guests, handle check-in/out, respond to inquiries, and support therapists and managers.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prior spa, hotel, or hospitality guest-service experience. Proficiency with reservation systems (Book4Time preferred) and Microsoft Outlook/Office is a plus. This role requires flexibility, weekend/holiday availability, and a professional presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Spa/hospitality guest-service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with computers and reservation/ POS systems; Book4Time a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and basic Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check in/out per spa standards.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and resolve guest concerns.
• Book/modify/confirm appointments in Book4Time with notes.
• Process payments, gratuities, gift cards, and retail sales.
• Present and promote spa services and retail to guests.
• Maintain reception and guest areas clean and stocked.
• Coordinate with other resort departments for seamless guest experiences.

If you’re someone who notices the little things and strives to make a lasting impact, you’ll thrive here.Please visit http://www.valorhospitality.com to learn more about our existing hotels, other exciting job opportunities and our company.**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES*** Greet every guest warmly and professionally, and check guests in and out following spa service standards.* Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries by phone, email and in person, and resolve guest concerns or escalate them to management.* Book, modify and confirm appointments in Book4Time, including confirmation calls two days in advance, with accurate notes and communication to guests and therapists.* Process guest payments, gratuities, gift cards and retail sales accurately, and complete end-of-day balancing.* Present and recommend spa services, products and retail, and share menu knowledge with guests to support sales goals.* Complete opening and closing checklists, including beverage station, relaxation area and front desk setup and breakdown.* Keep the reception area, relaxation area and guest-facing spaces clean, organized and stocked at all times.* Restock retail displays and front-of-house supplies, and report low inventory to the Spa Manager.* Manage the lost and found log and follow guest privacy and confidentiality standards.* Coordinate with other resort departments, including Front Desk, Dining, Weddings & Events, and Concierge, to support a seamless guest experience.* Communicate clearly with therapists, attendants and management, and attend staff meetings and trainings.**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES*** High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.* Previous spa, salon, hotel or hospitality guest-service experience preferred.* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a polished, professional presence.* Comfortable with computers and reservation or point-of-sale systems; Book4Time experience a plus, training provided.* Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and basic Word and Excel.* Ability to multitask, prioritize and stay composed in a busy, guest-facing environment.* Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.**PHYSICAL DEMANDS*** Ability to stand, walk and sit for extended periods.* Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (retail stock, linens, supplies).* Ability to work in a spa environment with exposure to scents, oils and cleaning products. # BENEFITS PACKAGE* Competitive Salary* Daily Pay!* Team Member Hotel Discount Program* Uniforms Provided for most positions* Benefits - Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and other supplemental options* Paid PTO* 401k with employer match* Food and Beverage Discounts* Tuition ReimbursementIf you think you bring the ideal blend of skills, attitude and teamwork, sprinkled with a love for natural beauty and the resort life, this could be the perfect home for you!
