Job summary

Denú Hotel & Spa - Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Spa Concierge to deliver warm, personalized guest service from arrival to departure. You will manage reservations, assist with amenities, and support retail and F&B offerings in a luxury spa setting.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual Spanish is preferred to enhance guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Warm, professional guest welcome and personalized service.
• Experience with spa scheduling or hotel PMS is preferred.
• Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide or luxury hospitality standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional approach and create an elevated service experience.
• Schedule, modify, and confirm spa appointments with accurate guest records.
• Provide information on spa services, amenities, and hotel offerings.
• Escort guests in the spa and provide robes, slippers, towels, and refreshments.
• Process guest payments and daily financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception, retail areas, treatment rooms, and facilities.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly or escalate to Spa Leadership when needed.
• Support retail and food & beverage offerings as required.
