We are seeking a Spa Conciergeto join our team. As a key member of the Eau Resort & Spa team, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, upholding the standards of our Forbes Five-Star resort.

Role Summary:

The Spa Concierge is responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional luxurious, 5-Star service for all guests while creating a comfortable, relaxing personal experience.

We have a Part-Time position available.

All candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience, preferable in the hospitality industry.
