Job summary

Jalan Facial Spa in Denver is seeking a part-time Concierge to warmly welcome guests, book appointments, and assist with retail operations. You will help maintain a clean, organized spa environment and ensure a smooth guest journey throughout the day.

Prior spa experience isn’t required; we’ll provide opportunities for career advancement and celebrate staff with generous incentives and discounts. Weekend coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude.
• No spa experience required; willing to learn on the job.
• Able to work weekends as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests and escort them through the Jalan Journey.
• Book appointments and assist guests with scheduling.
• Manage the retail shop and merchandise during shifts.
• Maintain the spa’s organization and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Process payments from guests.
