Breckenridge Grand Vacations is hiring a Spa Concierge for Soothe Spa at The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 in Breckenridge. The role focuses on greeting guests, scheduling appointments, handling payments, and promoting treatments with a 10% commission on retail sales.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 month of customer service experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a premier mountain destination.

Qualifications

• 1+ month of customer service experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong English communication skills (verbal/written).
• Basic math skills including discounts and commissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all guest interactions including appointments, check-ins, and inquiries (in-person, phone, email).
• Process payments, reconcile daily transactions, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and amenities (grotto, treatment areas, retail space).
• Promote treatments and retail products while enforcing facility policies.
• Support operations through inventory management, social media, and special projects.
• Uphold exceptional service standards and company policies.
• Participate in training and sustainability initiatives.

Location: Soothe Spa - The Grand Lodge on Peak 7

Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Non-Exempt

Compensation: $20.70 - $23.85/hour + 10% retail commission

Schedule: Varied including evenings and weekends

About the Role

As our Spa Concierge, you'll play a pivotal role in scheduling appointments, managing daily spa operations, and promoting treatments and retail products while earning 10% commission on retail sales.
