Job summary

OneSpaWorld is seeking a Spa Attendant to maintain a pristine spa environment in the female clientele locker room. You will perform cleaning and facility maintenance to ensure full functionality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cleaning, stocking, laundering towels and linens, and assisting with minor repairs. This role offers competitive pay and exclusive spa employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and care for clients.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, days, evenings and/or holidays.
• Must meet US employment eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sterilized spa environment.
• Complete maintenance requests and minor repairs (e.g., change light bulbs).
• Maintain stockroom and clean the kitchen.
• Report inventory shortages to avoid duty interruptions.
• Launder towels, linens, and bathrobes to stock guests.
• Conduct spa walkthroughs to clean common areas and rooms.
• Replenish robes, sandals, towels, and product dispensers in the lounge.
• Ensure forms and supplies are available in service areas.
• Empty garbage as required.
• Check-in spa deliveries against packing slips.
• Use spa laundry facilities to wash towels, robes, sheets daily.
• Greet guests with a smile within 5 seconds in the spa lounge.
