Job summary

Mandara Spa is seeking a Spa Attendant stationed in the female clientele locker room. The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining a pristine spa environment, stocking and organizing supplies, and supporting guests with attentive service.

The position requires a positive, guest-focused attitude, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays in a relaxing spa setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and be caring toward clients.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, days, evenings and/or holidays.
• Must meet US employment and eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sterilized spa environment.
• Complete maintenance requests; handle minor repairs like changing light bulbs.
• Launder towels, linens and robes to ensure stock.
• Report shortages of inventory for supplies.
• Conduct spa walkthroughs and ensure common areas are clean.
• Replenish robes, sandals, towels and product dispensers.
• Ensure forms and supplies are available in service areas.
• Check deliveries against packing slips.
• Operate spa laundry facilities for towels, robes, sheets, blankets.
