Mandara Spa is seeking a Spa Attendant stationed in the male clientele locker room. The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining a fully functional spa environment while delivering premier service to guests.

Responsibilities include housekeeping, minor repairs, inventory replenishment, and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards. Requires flexibility for overtime and weekends, with a signing bonus available.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and care for clients.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, days, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, sterilized spa environment.
• Complete maintenance requests; perform minor repairs like changing bulbs.
• Maintain stockroom and clean kitchen area.
• Report shortages of inventory to prevent interruptions.
• Launder towels, linens and robes; ensure stock is ready for guests.
• Conduct spa walkthroughs; ensure rooms and common areas are clean.
• Replenish robes, sandals, towels, and product dispensers.
• Ensure all forms and supplies are available in service areas.
• Empty garbage as required.
• Check-in spa deliveries and verify against packing slips.
• Operate spa laundry facilities for towels, robes, sheets and blankets daily.
