Hotel Bardo Savannah, managed by Left Lane Hospitality Group, is seeking a warm, polished Spa Host for Saltgrass Spa. You’ll welcome guests, help schedule appointments, and guide selections to ensure a seamless, personalized spa experience from arrival to departure.

The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and passionate about wellness, creating memorable guest moments in a busy, hospitality-driven setting. Weekend availability expected.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, spa, wellness, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable using scheduling, point-of-sale, and other computer systems.
• Polished presentation and professional grooming standards.
• Interest in wellness, relaxation, and creating personalized guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome spa guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage spa appointments with therapists.
• Guide guests in selecting treatments and products based on needs.
• Manage check-in/check-out, payments, and client records.
• Maintain clean, organized spa areas and stock.
• Stay knowledgeable about services, promotions, and amenities.
• Uphold hotel standards to create a calm, elevated environment.
