Job summary

Scents of Serenity Organic Spa in Richmond seeks a Spa Attendant for Short Pump and Midlothian locations. You will handle daily cleaning, restocking and set-up for luxury bath and sauna services while supporting service providers and guests in a tranquil, organic setting.

Qualified applicants have at least 1 year in spa or hotel settings, can lift 40 lb, stand long hours, and communicate effectively in English; shifts Tue-Sat, up to evening hours, with benefits including health/dental/vision and

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a spa or hotel setting preferred
• Operate equipment including a vacuum, cleaners, mop and broom
• Able to climb stairs, bend, reach above shoulders, kneel, twist and grip items
• Push/pull cleaning equipment and lift/carry 40 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Speak, write, read and understand English
• Strong guest service orientation

As a Spa Attendant at Scents of Serenity Organic Spa, you will be responsible for the following:

• Daily cleaning and laundry
• Restocking
• Set up and clean-up of luxury bath and sauna services
• Cleaning to include but not limited to, mopping, dusting, bathrooms, break room, windows/doors and stairs

Desired Qualification

• Must be willing to Tuesday – Saturday until 8:30/9:00pm
• 1 year experience in a spa or hotel setting preferred
• Must be able to operate equipment including a vacuum, cleaners, mop and broom
• Must be able to climb stairs, bend, reach above shoulders, kneel, twist and grip items
• Must be able to push and pull cleaning equipment and lift and carry 40 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to speak, write, read and understand English
• Strong guest service orientation

Compensation

• $17 per hour plus gratuity
