Job summary

Scents of Serenity Organic Spa is seeking a Luxury Guest Experience Spa Concierge across our Midlothian, Richmond and Short Pump locations. This full-time role offers $17–$18/hour plus commission and quarterly bonuses, with staff discounts and comprehensive training.

The team emphasizes elevated service, organic wellness and genuine care. As a Spa Concierge you will welcome guests, check them in/out, assist with service selections, coordinate appointments and ensure a calm, immaculate spa

Qualifications

• Previous spa experience is preferred but not required; in-depth training provided.
• Positive mindset, reliability, initiative and personal accountability.
• Ability to learn services, products and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and create an exceptional experience from arrival through departure.
• Check guests in/out, answer calls, and help select services based on needs.
• Schedule appointments, match guests with providers, and escort throughout the spa.
• Explain services, anticipate needs and process transactions accurately.
• Support behind‑the‑scenes with spa prep, laundry, restocking and cleanliness.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while maintaining high standards.
