Job summary

Chetola Resort is seeking a friendly Spa Attendant to support the daily operations of the Spa and Wellness Center, ensuring a serene, clean, and well-stocked environment while delivering warm, personalized service to guests.

Eligible candidates should be available on weekends and holidays with shifts that may include mornings through early evenings; evenings may run until 7:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays and until 6:00 PM on Sundays through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Prior guest services experience; spa experience preferred.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems and hospitality tech.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm welcome and orientation.
• Assist with locker assignments, robes, and escort guests.
• Support check-in and retail transactions using the spa POS.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of locker rooms and treatment areas.
• Assist with laundry, stock inventories, and report issues.
• Support therapists and leadership to ensure smooth service flow.
