Job Description

The Spa Attendant will greet, check-in, and escort clients to designated spa areas. Responsibilities include preparing facilities for services, collecting payments, answering calls, booking appointments, upselling products/services, and maintaining cleanliness. The role also involves assisting clients with towels, soaps, filling tubs, offering food and beverages, and informing management of maintenance needs. Additional duties include supporting reception, retail areas, training new hires, and other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Previous spa or health club experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to set up equipment for all services.
• Literate and fluent in English.
• Ability to obtain/maintain necessary certifications/licenses per local gaming regulations.
