The role emphasizes professionalism, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality. Responsibilities include maintaining spa cleanliness, stocking supplies, and guiding guests through locker rooms and spa areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and handle light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate spa facilities, cleanliness and stock.
• Provide the best treatment experience by adhering to spa standards.
• Assist guests in locker rooms and changing areas with courtesy.
• Clean and sanitize wet areas, bathrooms and grooming spaces.
• Restock linens and spa pantry items as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and communicate facility information to members.
