ADERO Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection® is seeking a Spa Attendant to welcome guests, prepare treatment spaces, and support our spa team in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will help with scheduling, room upkeep, and facility cleanliness while ensuring safety and comfort during every visit.

We value flexible availability, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to guest needs, with the ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Physical capability to lift and carry heavy items, perform repetitive motions, and stand for extended periods.
• Computer literacy to operate scheduling and communication software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and throughout their visit, ensuring a warm and professional interaction.
• Prepare treatment rooms by cleaning, restocking supplies, and setting up equipment according to spa standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, including locker rooms, relaxation areas, and treatment spaces.
• Assist guests with the use of spa amenities and provide information about services and products as needed.
• Operate computer applications to schedule appointments, update guest records, and communicate with spa staff.
• Monitor guest flow and coordinate with therapists and other team members to optimize service delivery.
• Perform repetitive motions and stand for long periods while maintaining focus on guest comfort and safety.
• Climb stairs and move throughout the facility to support various operational needs efficiently.
