Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to bend, push/pull, and lift up to 30 lbs (50 lbs occasionally).
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the Spa.
• Provide tours and information about facilities.
• Assist guests with equipment usage.
• Assist guests with booking treatments and recording transactions.
• Report accidents or injuries to Security.
• Monitor spa and fitness area for cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with team to ensure guest satisfaction.
