Job summary

BENCHMARK seeks a dedicated professional to maintain the cleanliness of spa facilities and various recreational areas at Skamania Lodge in Washington. Responsibilities include stocking treatment and locker rooms, managing linen supplies, and ensuring cleanliness of the pool.

The ideal candidate must be flexible, able to work weekends and holidays, possess strong attention to detail, and have excellent communication skills. Compensation is $17.13 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a flexible schedule that allows them to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, push/pull, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the spa facilities, fitness center, pool and hot tub area.
• Stock treatment rooms and locker rooms with linens, towels, and essential amenities.
• Keep track of linen inventory and notify manager when supplies are needed.
• Skim pool and hot tub regularly to maintain cleanliness.

Position Overview

Skamania Lodge is a Pacific Northwest resort set on 175 acres, featuring treehouses, glamping, golf, ziplining, a spa, and multiple restaurants. With over 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, it’s a premier destination for retreats, conferences, and celebrations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the spa facilities, fitness center, pool and hot tub area, locker rooms, treatment rooms, and outdoor playground.
• Stock treatment rooms and locker rooms with linens, towels, and essential amenities.
• Maintain laundry levels by performing consistent laundry rounds.
• Keep track of linen inventory and notify manager when supplies are needed.
• Skim pool and hot tub regularly to maintain cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must have the ability to obtain a CPR and First Aide certification.
• Must have a flexible schedule that allows them to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to bend, push/pull, and lifting/carrying of up to 30 lbs. and occasional lifting/carrying of up to 50 lbs.
