Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is seeking a Spa Attendant to ensure pristine locker rooms, prepare refreshments, and deliver flawless guest experiences in a serene, upscale environment. You will handle spa supplies and assist guests while coordinating with colleagues to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. A strong commitment to hospitality and a passion for beauty and wellness will help you thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain spa locker rooms and ensure guests have a flawless experience.
• Set up and maintain spa refreshments, locker rooms, workout areas, pre-treatment area and lobby.
• Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Retrieve, deliver, and set up spa supplies, including linen and amenities.
• Accommodate special requests; resolve customer complaints; assist customers with spa services inquiries.
• Collaborate with spa staff and supervisors; assist with setup and breakdown of treatment areas.
• Assist the Spa team with daily tasks including stocking, directing guests, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Respond to guest interactions in a courteous and professional manner to maximize satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the Spa locker rooms are well maintained and that the guests’ experience is flawless.
• Set-up and maintain spa refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, pre-treatment area and spa lobby.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
• Retrieves, delivers, and sets-up all spa supplies, including linen and amenities.
• Accommodate special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors includingassistingother staff with set-up and breakdown of their respective treatment areas when needed.
• Assist the Spa team with daily tasks, including but not limited to stocking the spa, directing guests, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
• Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.

Preferred Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will enjoy engaging with guests, answering their questions, and delivering an unparalleled level of service in a serene setting.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to push, pull or lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
