• Perform laundry and linen duties as needed (wash, dry, fold, put away).
• Restock amenities and replenish supplies in bathrooms and guest areas.
• Monitor guest belongings and report items left behind.
• Assist guests and ensure a positive, welcoming experience.
• Inspect spa areas for cleanliness and report issues promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

TheSpa Attendantis responsible for guiding guests to thespafacilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, and providing personal guest service. They are responsible for keeping the lounge, locker room, and other guest areas neat, presentable, and stocked with all amenities.

Core Responsibilities:

• Clean the spa, restroom, breakrooms, hallways, stairs, etc.
• Keep track of guest using the Salt Cave
• Frequent Spa sweeps/cleaning (Up and downstairs)
• Men’s and women’s lounges nee to be cleaned
• Pick up any towels/robes/slippers that are laying around
• Empty laundry bin and complete laundry cycles (wash, dry, fold, put-up)
• Replenish water/ice if needed
• Restock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, mouthwash, etc.
• Report any supplies that are running low
• Wipe up wet floors in the pool area
• Check showers are clean and free of towels
• Check changing rooms for robes, towels and items left by guest
• Report and return any guest properties found while rendering services
• Check on clients in the steam and sauna rooms
• Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods
• Complete all laundry (Wash, Dry, Fold, Put up)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• Quickly, thoroughly, and efficiently perform all duties assigned
• Sit, stand, and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods of time
• Bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning requirementsInspect Spa areas for cleanliness and immediately report guest belongings that have been left behind
• Lift approximately thirty (50) pounds of equipment or supplies, using safe lifting techniques
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, using communication skills to communicate with guest and team members
