Overview

Job Title: Spa Attendant (Female/Male)

Salary: $20.00 +

Status: Full Time

Shift: Day, Swing

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and offer refreshments. Escort guests through the facility to get them acquainted with our stunning spa with a tour.
• Ensure guests are comfortable at all times.
• Escort guests to locker-room, spa facilities and provide tours in accordance with standard operating policies.
• Maintain a relaxing and calm environment throughout the spa experience.
• Know our spa menu and promotions.
• Stock locker and spa facilities and maintain a neat and clean spa locker room environment.
• Be aware of appearance, promptness, quality of work and attitudes with guests.
• Coordinate laundry pickup and delivery between locker, treatment and laundry rooms. Run wash-dry cycles of laundry.
• Coordinate with staff and management on VIPs, special requests, group arrivals, etc.
• As assigned, distribute lockers, sandals, etc. from the spa desk in accordance with spa policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by manager/supervisor. Responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Qualifications

• You are an energetic service-focused individual with a passion for providing luxury service.
• Guest service background preferred with excellent knowledge of service standards.
• Solution-oriented and guest-focused.
• Basic computer skills.
• Polite, confident, and patient.
• Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and time management. Ensure exceptional service.
• Available to work varied shifts when needed, including weekends and holidays.
