Job summary

The Whitley is seeking a friendly Spa Attendant to assist guests with spa arrivals and departures, ensuring a welcoming experience. You will help maintain locker rooms, relaxation areas, and pool spaces while replenishing towels, robes, and linens.

We value guests-first service with attention to cleanliness and comfort. A flexible schedule and reliable attendance are essential to keep spa areas pristine and inviting for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with arrival and departure in spa areas.
• Maintain spa locker rooms, relaxation area, and pool cleanliness.
• Ensure towels, robes, and sheets are stocked.
• Clean glass doors and mirrors; remove spots.
• Provide robes, towels, slippers to guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Assure cleanliness of Spa Locker Rooms, Relaxation Area, and Pool Area. Make sure there is a sufficient amount of clean towels, robes and sheets. Book4Time experience preferred.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesStock locker room with appropriate amenities such as towels and robes.Empty carts of soiled linen and trash.Clean and remove spots from corridor walls and doors. Make sure glass doors & mirrors are clean.Ensure guests have been given the robes, towels, slippers and more that will enhance their experience.Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.Qualifications and SkillsAbility to lift, bend, stoop, walk, push carts up to 50lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.Ability to stand and move throughout spa and continuously perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.Effective verbal and written communication skills.
