Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Stroudsburg is seeking a Spa Associate for the holiday season 2026 to enhance the guest experience. You will greet guests, answer phones, book appointments, and promote our massage and skincare services while maintaining a professional appearance.

This role offers an hourly wage plus ongoing sales commissions and bonuses, with flexible schedules including late afternoons, evenings, and select weekends.

Qualifications

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Stroudsburg is seeking a Spa Associate to join our team for the holiday season 2026. Spa Associates have the important role of engaging with customers to provide an exceptional and memorable guest experience at the spa.

The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Promote health & wellness benefits of massage therapy & skincare services
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude & be a team player
