Job summary

Hand & Stone Daytona Beach is seeking a Sales & Guest Experience Associate to drive membership sales and deliver an exceptional spa experience from start to finish. In this fast-paced role you will greet guests, build relationships, recommend services and upgrades, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding customer service both in person and over the phone.

This position offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, monthly contests, flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed membership sales goals.
• Build strong relationships with members and guests.
• Recommend memberships, services, upgrades, and promotions.
