Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Arkansas is seeking a part-time Spa Associate to ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will check in/out guests, schedule appointments, handle payments, and promote memberships and retail products.

This role offers hourly pay with commissions and bonuses, paid training, one free service per month, and staff discounts. Flexible shifts include Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with a positive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for all members and guests.
• Check in/out guests professionally and efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist with appointment changes and cancellations.
• Sell memberships, gift cards, upgrades, and retail products.
• Educate guests on services, promotions, and membership benefits.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client files, forms, and notes.
• Process payments and transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby.
• Communicate effectively with service providers and management.
• Complete general spa tasks during downtime, including laundry, restocking, cleaning, and organization.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Be dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Hand and Stone is seeking for a part-time Spa Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING!

Looking to fill 1 opening shift and 3 mid-shifts (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).

Position Requirements:
