Job description

Hand and Stone is seeking a Spa Sales Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING!

Must be confident in sales.

We are currently offering a Signing Bonus for this position - $150 after 90 days of employment and $300 after six months. Hourly rate starts at $12 per hour. Once basic training is completed, pay can increase to $13-$15 per hour based on performance and prior experience.

The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

1. Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
2. Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
3. Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
4. Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
5. Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
6. Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
7. Sell packages, upgrades, and gift cards
8. Positive, energetic attitude
9. Team player
10. Perform various other duties as assigned
