With a new location in Central Texas Marketplace in Waco, TX we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated spa associate to join our team. You are a critical link in ensuring our customers' experience in our spa is nothing less than OUTSTANDING!


The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

  1. Deliver excellent customer service to members/guests
  2. Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
  3. Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
  4. Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
  5. Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
  6. Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
  7. Ensure the spa is organized and clean
  8. Maintain a positive, energetic attitude
  9. Perform various other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  1. At least a High School Education or equivalent
  2. Available to work during the summer months.
  3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office application, Spa Software (will train) and basic accounting principles.
  4. Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
  6. Outgoing, positive personality that loves interacting with clients and guests
  7. Must observe the front desk operations prior to interview

Schedule/Hours we are needing:

  1. Sunday OFF
  2. Monday OFF
  3. Tuesday 2:30-9:30pm
  4. Wednesday 2:30-9:30pm
  5. Thursday 2:30-9:30pm
  6. Friday 2:30-9:30pm
  7. Saturday 1:30-8:30pm

Willing to pick-up shifts for others who request off.


Opportunity for additional hours/ days if requested.


Will need to work with other Spa Associates to cover time off requests and any team members missing work for other reasons.
