Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a Spa Associate to join our Westminster-area team. You will be the vital first contact for members and guests, helping to deliver outstanding service and explain our menu of spa services.

We offer flexible shifts, training, and opportunities for advancement, with competitive pay that includes hourly wages and potential commissions, plus benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 18 years old or older.
• Exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail.
• A strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Learn and explain the spa menu of services to clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests and build lasting relationships.
• Work flexible hours as needed.
• Communicate sales, promotions, and service options clearly.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and safety standards.
