Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise offering massage, facials, and hair removal services with over 500 locations across the US and Canada. We are seeking team members who excel in customer service and sales to join our Columbus location.

You will play a critical role in ensuring an outstanding guest experience, with training provided to learn the full menu of services. Flexible scheduling aims to fit busy lifestyles while maintaining a professional spa environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be exceptionally organized with great attention to detail.
• Must be a strong team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals.
• Develop a detailed knowledge of the menu of services and be trained on it.
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests and build lasting relationships.
• Capable of working flexible hours to meet business needs.
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude to the team.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
