Job summary

Qualifications

• Required CHSOS or CHSE credential within two years of hire.
• Experience in instructional training, coaching, or clinical skills education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead SP performance training including case training, role-play, and calibration sessions.
• Direct on-site flow of students and SPs through exam rooms during clinical assessments.
• Recruit local SP actors, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding orientations.
