Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field and 1 year of related professional experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of medical terminology and simulation procedures.
• Maintains understanding of educational principles and regulations during training, assessments and examinations.
• Assists with recruitment and screening of Standardized Patients and delivers SP performance feedback.
• Coordinates SP selection for simulations under supervision.
• Develops and implements SP training materials and sessions.
• Implements SP-based simulations following best practices and policies.
• Collects data on facility use and participant evaluations.
• Performs QA/QI activities within the SP unit and center.
• Conducts post-simulation debriefing and simulation-based teaching as needed.
• Operates and maintains AV/IT equipment (e.g., CAE Learning Space).
• Ensures privacy/security of simulation terminology and processes.
• Maintains records supporting center operations.
