Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Senior Analyst to own and execute SOX activities for designated processes, driving risk assessment support, walkthrough execution, and documentation. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage artifacts, and partner with senior team members on complex judgments and remediation actions.

You will contribute to governance, drive continuous improvements across the lifecycle, and support coordination with internal and external auditors in a regulated financial services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, IS, or related field required.
• 3-5+ years of SOX/compliance or audit experience preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of SOX, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of SOX activities for assigned processes, including documentation and walkthroughs.
• Coordinate audit deliverables and track open items; assist with remediation actions.
• Engage stakeholders, communicate expectations, and ensure timely, accurate artifacts.
