Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required (or equivalent).
• Extensive SOX and PCAOB knowledge.
• Big 4 or equivalent public accounting experience.
• Experience in semiconductor/tech industry preferred.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned SOX areas and collaborate with owners and auditors for compliant controls.
• Lead annual SOX planning: risk assessment, scoping, mapping, and control highlights.
• Maintain SOX testing calendar with process owners and IT teams.
• Advise process owners on control design and scalability, including automation.
• Partner with IT/business teams on system changes to embed SOX in design and SDLC.
• Drive SOX tools adoption and evidence quality improvements.
• Liaise with auditors; drive timely issue resolution and audit efficiency.
• Analyze and document control deficiencies; plan remediation with PCAOB-grade severity.
• Prepare updates for senior management and Audit/Finance Committee materials.
• Educate stakeholders on SOX expectations and control ownership.
