Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a SOX Controls Analyst to partner with process owners, update and maintain process documentation and controls, and perform testing and remediation of internal controls.

You will coordinate with auditors and manage the SOX reporting system for multiple locations in MA and SC. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 2–5+ years’ accounting experience, with strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or finance.
• 2-5+ years’ accounting experience.
• Familiarity with Syteline or comparable ERP system.
• Excellent organizational skills with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with process owners to update and maintain process documentation, flowcharts and controls.
• Identify potential SOX implications of changes in the control environment.
• Perform management and remediation testing of internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for SOX timing and reporting.
• Maintain and update the internal SOX reporting system and periodic reporting.
