Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish required.
• JD class year 2022–2025; eligible to practice law in New York or Washington, DC.
• Experience in capital markets, public or corporate finance, sovereign debt, project finance, or cross-border matters.
• Superior drafting and analytical abilities; ability to collaborate with international clients.

Responsabilités

• Advise sovereign governments, sub-sovereign entities, and financial institutions on high-stakes capital markets transactions.
• Draft and negotiate complex cross-border financings, debt restructurings, and related derivatives.
• Work closely with international clients and counterparts to execute transactions.
